Our Warranty Service Department is responsible for administering the terms of the warranty program and ensuring your satisfaction. Our Warranty Service Representatives are trained to respond to your needs in a prompt, professional manner.

Any product as significant and complex as a new home will require corrections and more importantly, maintenance. During the period described on your purchase contract, Woodside will make warranted repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. To assist you in obtaining warranty support from Woodside, we have established a few simple guidelines designed with our customers in mind. After the close of your home, please contact the Warranty Department with all questions, concerns, and repair requests.
