| Description: | Woodside Homes is currently seeking talented sales agents with exceptional communication and organizational skills for the position of Onsite Sales Agent. As a member of our team, you will have the following responsibilities: • Learn and adopt the Woodside Homes selling process and complete the Leadership Selling training Program
• Prospect for leads through various sources (phone, email, internet, referrals, networking, etc.)
• Provide persistent and targeted follow up
• Maintain a database of leads with updated information and detailed notes
• Be knowledgeable of inventory homes, floor plans, and general information
• Continually strive to exceed company minimum standards in sales and other metrics |
