Leaseback terms may vary with each location, however, the following are typical terms of the purchase/leaseback:
Minimum one year lease with the builder (lessee) retaining the right to occupy the model on a month to month basis as needed after the initial lease term has expired. Builder will provide a minimum 60 days notice before termination of the lease after the initial lease term
Lease rates are competitive and based on current interest rates
Builder (lessee) is responsible for all maintenance of the home and landscaping during the term of the lease.
